The APRIL Weekday Walk will be on THURSDAY 30th and will be a walk up to the Greeto Mast and returning by Gogo Glen (Walkhighlands) in the hills above Largs. The walk starts from Bellesdale Avenue, off Flatt Road in Largs.
We'll meet at the junction of Flatt Road and Eastern Avenue at 10:30 am. There's plenty of on-road parking on Flatt Road .. but note that the top end has a lot of dropped kerbs for drives of the terraced houses, so best to park before you reach them.

The walk is along good tracks with several flights of wooden steps. There are a couple of wooden picnic tables on the route .. a suitable stop for a lunch break.
The descent into Gogo Glen is on a narrow path which can be wet and muddy.

The route in total is about 6km with around 275m of ascent, and a likely time of 2.5-3 hours.
