Weekend Trip to Killin from
Friday 22 to Sunday 24 January 2027
Probable map required is LandRanger 51 Loch Tay & surrounding area,
but you may need others if walking further afield.
This January weekend trip is to the Killin area and the proposed accommodation is at the Killin Hotel, where the club has stayed before.
At the time of writing, rooms were available .. although the hotel’s own online booking system on their website didn't seem to be working correctly.
There are many walking possibilities in the area, including the Ben Lawers group, Glen Lyon, Schiehallion and Glen Lochy. I expect to plan a group excursion for the Saturday and will share details of this closer to the time.
If you would like to come along on the weekend, please book your own accommodation and let me know .. and please get in touch if you would like to share a room and I'll try to help coordinate this.
As always, accommodation can fill up quickly, so I would advise making your booking as soon as possible.
