The SEPTEMBER Weekday Walk will be on THURSDAY 30th for a visit to the Aberfoyle area .. beginning at the former David Marshall Lodge.
We'll follow the Lime Craig Circuit .. shown as a blue line below .. in a clockwise direction upwards to the old transmitter viewpoint, which is now just a concrete platform, then return by the dotted red line on the map below to meet the Rob Roy Way and return to the start.
We'll meet in the car park at the former David Marshall Lodge .. now known as The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre, or "The Lodge" for short after its refurbishment in 2013 .. at 10.30am ...

There is a pay-and-display parking charge of £3 for the day .. machines take cash or card payments.
The distance is about 8km (5 miles) with total ascent of around 300m, and the likely time is 3-3.5 hours.
Post-walk refreshments could be taken at our old favourite the Faerie Tree in Aberfoyle if required ...
