ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING to be held

We'll be meeting at the new venue of Loks Bar & Kitchen on Tuesday 20th February 2024 for our AGM, and the format of the evening will be just the same as in previous years ...
As ever, there's a lot to discuss about the future of the Club, including the election of your Committee and the ratification of the future Outings Programme. If you're not there, you won’t have any input or influence over these matters, and your Committee values everyone’s opinion.
The cost will be £15 per person (subsidised by £2.95 per person), which includes a 2-course meal. No pre-ordering is necessary this year and you can view the menu to make your choices on the night.
Please let me know if you'll be attending as soon as possible .. and certainly NO LATER than Wednesday 14 February .. so that I can make final arrangements with the Kitchen.
I hope to see as many of you as possible on the 20th!
