ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

On Tuesday 22 February, 18 members enjoyed an excellent meal once again at
the Ivory Hotel, then the business of the Annual General Meeting was conducted.

Reports from the Chairman, Outings Convener, Treasurer and Membership Secretary were given,
followed by agreement that the membership fee continue to be fixed at a flat rate of £15.

The draft constitution drawn up and agreed at the last AGM was ratified,
and will soon be available to download here.

The committee for 2022-23 was duly elected as detailed below.

Finally, the Draft Outings Programme was ratified with no changes.
